Wrist Support

Any recommendations for a good mat wrist support for mouse and keyboard for a designer?

I't will be a Christmas gift for a graphic so I do not know if there is one who does not get used very comfortable and perhaps another designer can recommend?

I stopped using a mouse because of wrist pain and I now use a trackball type device I think it is called a "Logitech Trackman Marble" The most comfortable would be difficult to give as a gift, because comfort is very subjective.
